2. About Our Services

Quantum Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab is a specialist physiotherapy group providing evidence-based musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and women’s health physiotherapy services across three clinics in South Bangalore:

• Bilekahalli Clinic — 2nd Floor, 1051, Above ICICI Bank, Vijaya Bank Layout, Gangaparameshwari Nagar, Bilekahalli, Bengaluru – 560076
• Akshaya Nagar Clinic — 3rd Floor, 54, Internal Rd, Begur Woods Layout, Yelenahalli, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru – 560114

All physiotherapy services are provided by BPT and MPT qualified physiotherapists. Quantum Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab does not provide medical diagnosis or prescription services.

3. Appointment Booking Terms

3.1 Booking an Appointment

Appointments can be booked via our website booking form, by phone (+91 974 279 2625), or via WhatsApp. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal and health information to enable us to deliver appropriate physiotherapy care.

Appointment confirmations are subject to physiotherapist availability. We will contact you to confirm your appointment after receiving your booking request.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure other patients are not kept waiting.

3.4 First Appointment Assessment

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment. Please bring any relevant medical records, imaging reports (X-ray, MRI, CT scan), specialist referral letters, or doctor’s notes to help us plan your treatment accurately.

4. Clinic Policies

• Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including details of pre-existing conditions, current medications, allergies, and recent surgeries
• Patients must inform their physiotherapist immediately if they experience unexpected pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during treatment
• Patients are expected to follow the treatment plans and home exercise programmes prescribed by their physiotherapist to achieve optimal recovery outcomes
• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all appointments
• Quantum Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a patient’s behaviour is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate towards staff or other patients

5. Home Visit Physiotherapy Policy

Home visit physiotherapy is available for eligible patients across South Bangalore, subject to therapist availability and geographic coverage. When booking a home visit, please note:

• A responsible adult (over 18) must be present at the home during the home visit session
• The patient and any present family members/caregivers are expected to provide a safe, appropriate environment for physiotherapy treatment
• Home visit sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy as clinic appointments
• Home visit fees may differ from in-clinic session fees — please confirm fees at the time of booking
• Quantum Physiotherapy reserves the right to discontinue home visit services if safety or environmental concerns are identified

6. Fees and Payment

Physiotherapy consultation and treatment fees are communicated to patients at the time of booking and confirmed before treatment commences. Fees are subject to change and will be communicated with appropriate notice. Payment is expected at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Receipts are available upon request and can be submitted for health insurance reimbursement.
