  Quantum physiotherapy centre-Bilekahalli branch.All woman team and felt safe and relaxed to be there. The lead therapist Dr. Ambreen and Dr. Samrin both are very good listeners and I felt comfortable throughout the sessions. Mrs Ambreen asked me for my history properly and gave me therapies that I was able to tolerate. She did needling cupping and other procedures too. I have been to PT many times elsewhere, but this time I could feel real relief from long lasting muscle spasm and back and neck pain. The pain has reduced a lot. They teach exercises and make sure that we do it before coming to the therapy.. so happy to have such place close by. Thanks to the team.

  Visited the center for physiotherapy for lower back pain. Did exercises for about 10 sessions. Docs are nice, well behaved . Pain has reduced. I am very much happy with the treatment. I recommend it for people in need.

  I got treated here by Dr. Aamir & Dr. Aaisha for my chronic pain in upper back, neck and shoulder areas. I must say doctors here have done a splendid job in providing the best effective treatment possible and helping me gain body strength. Dr. Aamir is really good at his skill and rightly suggested exercise routine based on my pain and weak areas. He also managed to arrange his visits to the BTM clinic as per the need of the patient. Dr. Aaisha not only identified the root cause of the problem but also handled the case with utmost patience & sincerity throughout. The attention to detail given by the doctors here makes it a joint effort both by the patient and doctor in providing the symptomatic treatment.

  Therapy at Quantum Physio is an experience you will cherish if you happen to start it with niggles/pain. Dr.Amir, the boss, is an excellent physiotherapist .He has chosen his team equally well. Young team with excellent knowledge, immense patience to listen to all your problems and worries and provide the best. I and my family got treated there for various problems ranging from post recovery of an elbow fracture to an old, stubborn back pain, knee pain( chondromalacia patella).All of us felt the same at the end of the session- Wish we had come here earlier. Dr. Ayesha, another therapist, needs a special mention. Again , not only is she knowledgeable, but empathetic, excellent listener and very analytical. She is an epitome of a perfect therapist.   Visited Quantum Physiotherapy with a lower back pain issue..The pain was radiating from my back to my calf which was hindering me from even standing up straight. Walking was a nightmare. I was attended by Dr.Ayesha. kudos to her, the therapy worked like a charm. Within a matter of a week, I was able to resume my normal activities. Although not 100% recovered, but the therapy did improve my posture and brought a great sense of relief. Would definitely recommend the clinic for any kind of ailments.

  My Dad was diagnosed with Carpal tunnel synonym, experts asked us for surgery but when we reached out to Dr. Ambreen for treatment. She designed a complete exercise routine along with few standard but mostly customised exercises as per my Dad's need. Not just designing but the team at Quantum including Dr. Rasigul perfectly and diligently executed the exercise routine. I must say they know exactly what is the root cause and how to fix the root of problem.   I only have the highest gratitude, praise and respect for all with whom I have interacted with at Quantum. I had sustained an elbow fracture, for which I required surgery. Post the removal of casting, the doctor had advised a regular exercise regimen to get the range of mobility back in my right arm. I was at a point where my arm had barely 10 degrees of movement, not to mention a consistent pain even in neutral positions. Quantum happened to be near my house, and a month down the line, I can confidently say that I could not have found a better place. The centre has an air of meticulousness, warmth and professionalism that will be hard to match. I was examined by Dr. Ayesha who made a detailed study of my condition and the procedures I had undergone. There followed a period of daily 1 hour sessions, where I could see consistent improvements in my arm strength and range. Slowly I got back to performing simple activities, and 30 days later my lifting strength and range is almost back to where it was before. The ultimate confidence booster was when I could finally throw a ball with the same force and confidenceas before, without the slightest pain. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ayesha, Dr. Aamir and the entire staff at Quantum for making my successful recovery happen. Needless to add, I am happy to recommend Quantum to anybody who requires therapy either for a lifestyle condition or a recovery from injury.PS: When I went back to my doctor for a follow up 3 weeks after the removal of cast, he especially commended the quality of physiotherapy that I had undergone.

  I had SI Joint disfunction and Scoliosis. Treated by Dr Ayesha and also had one consultation done by Dr Ameer. They had thoroughly analyzed the ailment and gave a very effective treatment. Dr Ayesha gives sufficient time to each patient, talks about any other issues being faced by the patient and provide all round treatment/advice. Also, in every session, she had enquired the progress and altered/added/removed any exercises as required. Definitely impressed with the commitment and dedication to cure the patient. They also strictly followed the covid guidelines during all my visits. Highly recommend the clinic & Dr Ayesha for physio treatment.

  My mom is 69. She's a very active person till date. Off late she's been complaining of knee pain. Age, tear and wear as usual. Doctor rightly recommended physiotherapy. Had a bad experience with a physiotherapy clinic (recommended by doctor..duh), which proves the saying 'Everything happens for the good'. We found Qauntam Physio. From the word go, we had the positive vibes with Dr. Aisha. The way she examined the patient, identify the problem, prioritize the treatment and implement it. Mom had lost hope of getting better. Dr. Aisha changed this by the end of 10 sessions. She's now confident that with appropriate exercises taught by her and a little bit of change in her lifestyle, she can really get better & get back to her daily routine like before.   I have been taking physio treatment at Quantum clinic for my lower back pain and I am really happy with my experience and my condition has improved a lot after treatment. They take great care in treating the patients and are very supportive throughout the therapy. Dr. Aamir who heads the clinic is exceptional in diagnosing all kinds of muscular ailments and suggests the right treatment for swift recovery. Dr. Ambreen is also very kind and professional and she takes great care of the patients. She guided me well through the sessions and suggested new exercises/stretches based on my progress which helped in better recovery. Dr. Jorlene is also a very good physio who treats the patients with great care. The clinic is well sanitised and they follow covid protocol properly. Overall I would highly recommend this clinic.

  Wonderful pain-relieving experience! I'm a doctor by profession and owing to my work, had developed a lot of chronic pain over the years. I went into the clinic with severe pain all over my body on the first day. Dr.Ameer was kind, patient and listened to every single complaint. Slowly and steadily , using a multi-modality approach Dr.Ameer and his team treated me, and now I'm relieved to say I'm out of 90% of the pain. I want to specially mention Dr.Jorlin who is kind, patient and took utmost care to treat me personally. Also, a special mention to Asma who's been friendly, kind and very accommodating every single visit . Kudos to the entire team on the wonderful efforts .   Gifted Doctors and Honest treatment!!!I had this posture related chronic neck pain and back stiffness due to long sitting hours for last 14 years.. In addition I had a gym injury of C4-C5 disc bulge for last 2 years.. I tried a lot of treatments but it didn't help much and had almost given up.. In fact one st John's neurologist asked me to go for surgery last year 🤣🤣 which I obviously didn't consider. During lock down I thought of trying with physiotherapy and met Dr Ambreen and Aamir. After I shared the issue with them, they diagnosed the issue quickly and with their prescribed stretching and strengthening exercises , my pain is 95% alleviated in just 10 sessions... My neck has not felt so free and painless in agesI would highly recommend them for any kind of physio treatment and thank both of them for helping me out of the misery I was going thru...Keep doing the great work.!!!   Dr. Amir is one of the best physiotherapist I ever came across. I had severe back pain. Had undergone Mri therewas no findings everything was normal. But my pain was same none of the doctor could rule out my prblm. Unnecessary they had put me on lotsa pain killers .Not even a single painkillers actually helped. I was feeling depressed hopelessThts when I came to know about Dr. Amir (physiotherapist) He was like GOD To me. Who assesed me well and found out it was muscular pain and had given therapy. Jus in few sessions I was back to normal. Thanks to u Dr. Amir. U do miracle on patients. Highly recommended.

  I was having chronic shoulder pain from last 17yrs which got worsen from last 1year.So visited this place even though taken physiotherapy earlier from other centres.After interacting with Dr Ayesha mam and under her observation i am now recovered with 80% and still continuing. Thank you so much Mam. No one will go to so deep and analyse the root cause and helping me to correct them by spending ample of time to listen my work habits on daily basis. A big thank you for this.She has identified the exact issue and provided the treatment including needling, mobilising manually, releasing the muscle pain. Best part is she analyses the issue based on patient pain and the body reaction not completely based on scan reports which helped me to get relief from pain a lot.   Got a Hijama wet cupping treatment done from here. It was an amazing experience. I felt very rejuvenated and fresh after the treatment. Dr. Aaisha did a wonderful job with the process. She explained each step patiently and cleared all my queries. This is the only centre that has Hijama wet cupping treatment in this area.I had also visited her for backpain and pain in my ankle. She checked and diagnosed the exact issue and mobilized my joints very effectively and did some vertebral alignment. I felt much better after the treatment.I highly recommend this place for any musculoskeletal issues and ailments.
